We want you to feel confident when purchasing from BREWPROSUPPLY. Because we specialize in pre-owned espresso machines and equipment, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and clear.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories, parts, and packaging (if included).
- Machines must not be altered, opened, repaired, or modified after delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Normal wear consistent with the condition shown/described in the listing.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or improper electrical/water setup.
- Damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale (if stated on the product page).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If the item arrives returned in a different condition, a partial refund may apply.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for high-value items.
